Erasmus+ in Italy
On April 8-12, 2019, Correggio, Italy, hosted the second activities related to learning / teaching / training activities in connection with the implementation of the Erasmus + project "Food for Thought - A Cultural Recipe of European Traditions and Cultures". Primary School No. 1 in Grajewo was represented by a group of 9 people (2 teachers and 7 students). In addition, partners from schools in Romania, Lithuania and Italy participated in project-related activities.
On the day of arrival, the participants visited the center of Milan, including the Cathedral of Milan and the 15th-century Sforza Castle.
The next day the group visited the host school, watched the performances of Italian children, visited the Museum of Pasta and Tomatoes in Parma. The students took part in the workshop entitled "The taste of change", during which they analyzed the food pyramid.
The next day, the participants visited a Parmesan cheese factory near Correggio, during which they observed the cheese production process, tasted Parmesan, visited the production plant, the city of Correggio, held a meeting with the deputy mayor, visited the theater, museum and library. Another point was a workshop for students about healthy food: "How food infuences our attention, concetration, commitments".
The next day the group visited the host school, watched the performances of Italian children, visited the Museum of Pasta and Tomatoes in Parma. The students took part in the workshop entitled "The taste of change", during which they analyzed the food pyramid.
The next day, the participants visited a Parmesan cheese factory near Correggio, during which they observed the cheese production process, tasted Parmesan, visited the production plant, the city of Correggio, held a meeting with the deputy mayor, visited the theater, museum and library. Another point was a workshop for students about healthy food: "How food infuences our attention, concetration, commitments".
On the third day, an international group went to visit Verona, the Castelvecchio castle, the Roman arena, Romeo and Juliet's house, and Lazise located on the largest Italian Lake Garda.
On the fourth day, the students took part in culinary workshops in the school canteen and visited FICO Eataly World - the largest food expo in Bologna, where you could try and buy typically Italian products. Then, the association "Women of the World" was visited, where women from different parts of the world prepared delicacies from their countries to be tried by the Erasmus + group.
On the last day, students baked small pizzas in the school cafeteria and visited a school farm, where Italian students grow various plants, such as shrubs, flowers, vegetables, fruits, spices, etc.
At the end of the visit, all participants received small gifts and certificates.

W dniach 8-12 kwietnia 2019 r. w
Correggio we Włoszech odbyły się drugie działania związane z uczeniem się
/nauczaniem /szkoleniami w związku z realizacją projektu Erasmus+ „Food for Thought - A
Cultural Recipe of European Traditions and Cultures”. Szkołę Podstawową
nr 1 w Grajewie reprezentowała 9 osobowa grupa (2 nauczycieli i 7 uczniów).
Ponadto w działaniach związanych z projektem brali udział partnerzy ze szkół z
Rumunii, Litwy i Włoch.
W dniu przybycia uczestnicy
zwiedzali centrum Mediolanu między innymi Katedrę Mediolanu i XV-wieczny Zamek
Sforzów.
Kolejnego dnia grupa zwiedzała
szkołę goszczącą, oglądała występy włoskich dzieci, zwiedziła Muzeum Makaronu i
Pomidorów w Parmie. Uczniowie brali udział w warsztatach pt.: „The taste of
change”, podczas których analizowali piramidę żywności.
Następnego dnia uczestnicy odbyli
wizytę w fabryce sera parmezan w pobliżu Correggio, podczas której obserwowali
proces produkcji sera, skosztowali parmezan, zwiedzili zakład produkcyjny,
miasto Correggio, odbyli spotkanie z wiceburmistrzem, odwiedzili teatr, muzeum
oraz bibliotekę. Kolejnym punktem były warsztaty dla uczniów na temat zdrowego
odżywiania się pt.: „How food infuences our attention, concetration,
commitments”.
Trzeciego dnia międzynarodowa
grupa udała się, żeby zwiedzić Veronę, zamek Castelvecchio, rzymską arenę, dom
Romeo i Julii oraz miejscowość Lazise położoną nad największym włoskim jeziorem
Garda.
Czwartego dnia uczniowie brali
udział w warsztatach kulinarnych w szkolnej stołówce oraz odbyli wizytę w FICO
Eataly World - największe expo żywności w Bolonii, gdzie można było spróbować
i nabyć produkty typowo włoskie. Następnie odwiedzono stowarzyszenie
„Women of the World”, gdzie kobiety z różnych części świata przygotowały przysmaki
ze swoich krajów do spróbowania przez grupę Erasmus+.
Ostatniego dnia uczniowie piekli
pizzerinki w szkolnej stołówce oraz odbyli wizytę w szkolnym gospodarstwie,
gdzie włoscy uczniowie uprawiają różne rośliny, jak krzewy, kwiaty, warzywa,
owoce, przyprawy itp.
Na zakończenie wizyty wszyscy
uczestnicy otrzymali drobne upominki i certyfikaty.
